DUE TO AN OVERWHELMING RESPONSE, CONFERENCE REGISTRATION IS CLOSED.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE WILL BE NO ON-SITE REGISTRATION.

General Registration Fees

• Early-Bird Registration : $75.00
• Regular Registration: $85.00
• Late Registration: $95.00
• Student Registration: $35.00

Registration fee includes continental breakfast, lunch, reception and conference materials.

Registration Deadlines

• Early-Bird Deadline: June 8, 2009
  All registration forms with accompanying payments must be submitted by 11:59 pm EST.
• Regular Registration Deadline: October 23, 2009
  All registration forms with accompanying payments must be submitted by 11:59 pm EST.

Late Registration

All registrations processed after October 23, 2009 will be assessed at the late registration rate.

Eligibility for Rates and Registration Policies

• All individuals, including program presenters, attending the conference must pay a registration fee.
• A special registration process has been developed for program presenters. Coordinating Presenters for accepted programs will be contacted with information regarding the special registration process and fee for program presenters.
• Student rates are for full-time students only. Those who are employed full-time and are taking courses are not eligible for these rates.
• Payment must accompany the online registration form.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

To cancel a registration and request a refund, a written request (e-mail is acceptable) must be sent to conferences@umich.edu. Telephone requests will NOT be honored. Refunds could take up to two to four weeks to be processed.

Refund requests received after October 30, 2009 will not be honored.
